- Monitoring medication intake

LVN

- Administer medication
- Monitor and provide intervention
- Monitor, care for and maintain G-tubes, trachs, vents, Foley catheters,
   blood draws and other external to internal devices, wound care and colostomy.

RV

- Total patient assessments and interventions
- Administer medication
- Start IV and maintain ordered IV meds/hydration
- Place and maintain Foley catheters and G-tubes, trach & vent care,
  wound care and colostomy
